We sought to combine our design with rocky structure, wood, and greenery with the extraordinary beauty of the area where the hotel is located. On the ground floor, our architects placed the SPA complex, restaurant, sky room, hairdresser's, child room, reception, lounge bar, and lobby to create the most comfortable stay for guests.
Development of the region
The new all-season international resort GORO Mountain Resort, which OKKO Group is building on an area of almost 1,200 hectares, increases the investment attractiveness of the region. The resort near the villages of Volosyanka and Verkhnya Rozhanka, 5 km from Slavsko, promises to become a tourist magnet thanks to 41 ski tracks 75 km long, lifts and recreational facilities.

Net profit for renting apartments is distributed according to the area of all apartment owners and occupancy of hotel rooms within a month.
Yes, you can not only sell the room, but also earn money, because after the launch of the project, the price per m² will be much higher.
Yes, we have. The installment is possible for 1 year from the developer without interest with a down payment of 30%.
The management company gives 14 days of free accommodation to investors per year (at this point you will still be paid dividends) + 15% discount on all services of the complex, and further accommodation is possible with a 25% discount.
We give 75% of dividends from net profit to investors, the remaining 25% is taken by the management company (25% includes room repairs and depreciation).
