About the complex

Investment project from Green Rest Development with premium apartments in the heart of the Carpathians. The complex is located near the village of Nizhnyaya Rozhanka and Slavske in the Lviv region. Hotel Interior

We sought to combine our design with rocky structure, wood, and greenery with the extraordinary beauty of the area where the hotel is located. On the ground floor, our architects placed the SPA complex, restaurant, sky room, hairdresser's, child room, reception, lounge bar, and lobby to create the most comfortable stay for guests.

Development of the region
The new all-season international resort GORO Mountain Resort, which OKKO Group is building on an area of ​​almost 1,200 hectares, increases the investment attractiveness of the region. The resort near the villages of Volosyanka and Verkhnya Rozhanka, 5 km from Slavsko, promises to become a tourist magnet thanks to 41 ski tracks 75 km long, lifts and recreational facilities.

1-room apartment for two people
with a corridor, wardrobe and bathroom. The layout offers 2 types of rooms - with a balcony and without. The design is made in the loft style with a combination of wood, emphasizing the nature around the hotel.
Family Studio
1- room apartment for three people with a corridor, an enlarged wardrobe and a bathroom. Ideal for couples with a child.
De Luxe
1- room apartment with a sofa, enlarged wardrobe and bathroom. A luxury room will provide comfort after a long trip.
Premium
In a cosy 2-room apartment you can relax not only with your family, but also with your friends. The room contains a large bedroom, a living room with a sofa, an enlarged wardrobe, a corridor and a bathroom.
Chalet
Family-type chalet with notes of mountain nature. Two-storey apartment with a large terrace overlooking the river, kitchen studio, living room with sofa, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each floor.
